I was wondering how long i should charge my battery it says 6 hours but i dont think it is long enough?

the charger says


input 120v ac 60hz 90 mah


output 8.4v dc 840 mah


the battery says


NI-Cd battery 4/5 SC 1200 mAh 8.4V P



If the maker says you charge them for 6 hours in order to reach full charge...you charge them for 6 hours.





I know of several chargers that can fully charge some high-end high-energy batteries in two to three hours. The only drawback is that there is a risk of battery rupture or fire.





So...read the manual and follow the directions. The guys that made the thing probably know how to charge it properly.
